Huare HHS-100EB Vertical Plastic Color Mixer is an industrial-grade mixing machine designed for fast and uniform blending of plastic granules, masterbatch, recycled plastic material, and additives. This machine is widely used in plastic injection molding, extrusion, recycling, and plastic processing industries.
The machine features a stainless-steel mixing barrel and mixing paddle system that ensures clean, rust-free operation and long service life. Its vertical vortex mixing design provides consistent and uniform material blending for improved production quality.
Equipped with a powerful 3.0 kW (4 HP) motor, the HHS-100EB delivers efficient mixing performance with a 100kg mixing capacity in approximately 3 minutes. The machine operates at 85 RPM for stable and smooth mixing cycles.
For operational safety, the machine includes a safety interlock system that automatically stops operation when the lid is opened. It also features built-in overload protection for motor safety and adjustable timer control for accurate mixing cycle management.
The bottom discharge outlet allows quick unloading of mixed material, improving production efficiency in industrial environments.
