SCR15PM 15HP PM VSD rotary screw air compressor is an energy-efficient industrial air supply system designed for continuous operation in factories, workshops, and manufacturing plants. It uses advanced variable speed drive (VSD) technology to automatically adjust motor speed according to air demand, reducing energy consumption by up to 40%.
The system is powered by an IE4-grade oil-cooled permanent magnet motor that delivers high efficiency, stable torque, and reliable performance even under heavy industrial load conditions. The direct 1:1 drive system eliminates belts, reducing maintenance and improving transmission efficiency.
With an integrated 130-liter air tank, this compressor provides stable air storage and consistent pressure output for industrial tools and machines. The system delivers a flow rate of 1.50–1.75 m³/min (53–62 CFM), making it suitable for medium-scale industrial applications.
The fully enclosed silent cabinet design ensures low-noise operation at approximately 68 ± 2 dB(A), making it suitable for indoor factory installation. The oil-cooled PM motor supports operation in ambient temperatures up to 45°C, ensuring stability in harsh working environments.
