SZ-45 Horizontal Gearbox is a heavy-duty industrial transmission unit designed for conical twin-screw extruders used in PVC pipe, profile, pelletizing, and WPC product manufacturing. Engineered for continuous industrial extrusion operation, this gearbox delivers stable torque transmission, high durability, and efficient power handling for plastic processing applications.
The gearbox is matched for use with 45/90 mm screw extruders including SJSZ45/90 extrusion systems. It features high-strength alloy steel helical gears that are carburized, quenched, and precision ground to ensure reliable performance under heavy industrial loads.
Its robust HT250 cast iron housing provides excellent vibration damping and heat dissipation, supporting stable long-term operation in demanding extrusion environments. The forced circulating oil cooling lubrication system improves thermal management and extends gearbox service life.
The gearbox includes a self-aligning thrust bearing system designed to handle high axial loads generated during extrusion processing. Double-lipped oil seals help prevent oil leakage and ensure cleaner machine operation.
