Description:

UWA YH5-168-620H is a 5th-generation servo-hydraulic injection molding machine designed for thermoplastic products, PET preforms, PVC processing, and industrial plastic molding applications. This 168-ton injection molding machine combines energy-efficient servo technology with high injection precision and stable production performance.

The machine is equipped with a double servo drive system that helps reduce energy consumption by approximately 40–60% compared to conventional hydraulic systems. Its linear guide injection design improves injection accuracy, repeatability, and machine stability during continuous production cycles.

Built with graphite self-lubricating steel sleeves and suspended tie rod construction, the machine maintains a cleaner mold area and reduces maintenance requirements. The non-welded high-pressure piping system ensures leak-free hydraulic performance and improved operational reliability.

The UWA YH5-168-620H also features proportional back pressure valve control for precise plasticizing and material consistency. Specialized PET and PVC configurations are available with larger screw options and air cooling systems for optimized material processing.

Suitable for plastic manufacturing factories, PET preform production units, PVC product manufacturing, thermoplastic molding industries, and industrial packaging applications.
