Description:
The HD-A840 Concora Medium Fluter is a precision laboratory instrument designed to prepare fluted samples of corrugating medium for CMT and CCT testing. It creates standardized fluted specimens used to measure flat crush strength and vertical crush strength of corrugated paperboard components.
Equipped with heated fluting rolls, it offers precise temperature control from room temperature up to 200°C with 1°C resolution. The standard working temperature is 175°C with adjustable work pressure of 49-108N and 100N spring tension. Operating at 4.5r/min, the machine ensures uniform flute formation and consistent sample quality for every test.
The digital display and simple controls make operation straightforward. Built with durable stainless steel fluting rolls and a compact design, it delivers long-term reliability with minimal maintenance. Ideal for paper mills, packaging quality control labs, and corrugated board manufacturers who need accurate, repeatable CMT/CCT test samples.
By producing precise fluted specimens, the HD-A840 ensures test results are accurate, repeatable, and compliant with international standards. Runs on single phase AC 220V, 50Hz power.
