Description:
Saghir Engineering is launching its new model for the Pakistan confectionery industry – the BVK-2000S Proto. This machine is designed for high-speed, hygienic wrapping of toffee, hard candy, lollipops, chewing gum, and small chocolate bars.
As shown in the ISO view, it is a compact, fully enclosed, servo-driven system. The top-mounted stainless steel hopper receives bulk candies. A vibratory feeder and rotary sorting disc singulate and align each candy, which significantly reduces jamming.
The center of the machine features dual wrapping heads capable of wrapping 600 to 2,000 candies per minute, depending on candy size. The film feeding rollers maintain perfect tension for a neat and tight pack.
On the right side, the PLC touch-screen HMI panel allows the operator to easily control speed, wrapping length, cutting temperature, and film registration. The transparent unit at the lower front is the automatic film unwinder and date-coding system, which supports BOPP, PVC, and wax paper.
The entire body is built from SS-304 and powder-coated MS. All product-contact parts are food-grade. The machine has a small footprint, fitting in approximately 6 by 4 feet, and stands on adjustable anti-vibration feet.
The BVK-2000S Proto is ideal for manufacturers of toffee, lollipops, bubble gum, herbal candy, or cough drops. It runs at roughly one-third the maintenance cost of imported machines, and all spare parts are available locally in Pakistan within 24 hours.
