Saghir Engineering Horizontal Sealing Jaws are premium sealing components designed for horizontal flow wrap and HFFS packaging machines. These jaws create end seals on packaging film and come with an integrated center hole punch for easy-open features or hanging holes, eliminating the need for a separate punching station.
Manufactured with precision engineering, these sealing jaws are available in three material options: Carbon Steel, Copper Alloy, and Aluminum. Materials can be customized based on customer requirements. The hardness level ranges from HRC 40∼68, providing super hardness for excellent wear resistance and durability. The jaws maintain their shape and dimensional stability even under high-speed, continuous production conditions.
Available in size range from 10mm to 800mm, these jaws fit a wide variety of machines from small sachet packers to large flow wrap lines. The center hole punch design improves production speed and reduces overall packaging costs.
