Description:
The Vertical Cup Type Sealer is a precision-engineered sealing component designed for Vertical Form-Fill-Seal machines. This heavy-duty sealer assembly is used to create the vertical seal on packaging film after the forming tube shapes it into a tube. Manufactured from high-grade stainless steel with a smooth machined finish, it ensures consistent heat transfer and strong, leak-proof seals on laminated films, BOPP, CPP, PE, and metallized materials.
The cup-type design provides uniform pressure distribution across the film overlap, preventing weak spots, burn-through, or misaligned seals during high-speed operation. The integrated shaft and mounting head allow direct installation on most VFFS machine sealing carriages. Machined to tight tolerances, this sealer maintains perfect alignment with the sealing jaw and film tube, which is critical for continuous production without seal defects.
Built for 24/7 industrial use, the stainless steel construction resists heat, corrosion, and wear from continuous contact with packaging film. It works seamlessly with Teflon belts and sealing jaws to deliver clean, wrinkle-free vertical seams on pouches for snacks, coffee, grains, and other dry products.
